Personal Chef
If you are a busy person or family, are tired of eating out all the time, want to eat healthier meals, or simply want to try some new food, than this service is for you. The Improv Chef will will discuss in advance your dietary requirements and tastes and then propose a menu to cook. Once you approve and pick a cooking date, he will come to your home for 3-8 hours with a selection of fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients and cook a few dishes to feed you for a few days to several weeks, filling your fridge or freezer with tasty treats and your home with the aroma of various spices and herbs.

- Indian style black bean chili with seasonal greens
- Cream of asparagus soup with morel mushrooms
- Lamb stew with dried apricots, figs, and chick peas
- Sweet potato lasagna with blue cheese sauce and hazelnut crust
- Curried cauliflower
Private Dinners
The Improv Pot will come to your home to cook and serve a 3-course meal for up to 6 people. As above, fresh seasonal ingredients are used but are turned into more complex, plated meals for you and you guests to enjoy.

- Fried chicken quarters, cinnamon-cardamom glaze
- Caramelized butternut squash, ginger-clove butter
- Sauted greens, fennel seed oil

- Cucumber-lime-cumin gazpacho

- Pork roast, peach-hazelnut chutney
- Green beans, crispy shallots,
- Potatoes, turmeric-infused butter

- Berries, homemade yogurt, mint, rose water
Sample Menu 3 (Summer, Vegetarian):
- First
- Roasted eggplant, shredded fennel, blueberry-ginger vinaigrette
